    You will be responsible for the leadership and oversight of the company's continuous improvement systems.

    You will be responsible for the leadership and oversight of the company's continuous improvement systems which includes:

    • Process optimization and continuous improvement in our Clearing operations through the implementation of basic Lean Six Sigma practices
    • Accountable for the inventory, cataloging, and management of improvement opportunities and improvement projects. This includes supporting the day-to-day operations of monitoring progress of process improvement, resource identification, and allocation
    • Work with existing production lines with a focus on eliminating defects and waste while identifying and implementing best Lean practices focused on improving processes
    • Set goals driven from KPIs for executing Lean business benefits (quality, cost reduction, efficiency improvements, manufacturing value enhancement, data integrity, Value Stream Mapping) that ensures transparency of delivered benefits to the facility
    • Use of Lean Six Sigma and project management tools and practices, as well as Lean capabilities to prioritize activities, drive a structured business improvement program, and ensure that the team members put in practice a project management way of thinking that becomes embedded in the culture (PDCA, DMAIC, responsibilities and accountability, project review discipline, problem solving discipline)
    • Coordinate the enhancement and enforcement of standard operating processes for all operations within the business
    • Consolidate Continuous Improvement processes and ideas where possible and streamline them toward a strategic goal
    • Develop and implement a strategy for fostering and improving the lean and project management capabilities and behaviors of employees, managers, and supervisors. This includes coaching, training, and driving the tools and capabilities in place to get results for management of projects and initiatives
    • Interact with the leadership team in developing strategic vision and action plans, ensuring the process improvements are implemented, functioning effectively, and continuously improved through coordination with operations
    • Assist operations in the training of staff on new procedures, oversee all CI projects, assuring that they are meeting objectives and projected savings
    • Travel will be required from time-to-time

    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements

    • Knowledge of advanced quality tools like Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, DOE, and QFD
    • Working knowledge of COQ

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements

    • 5+ years’ driving change/transformation in a continuous improvements environment/program
    • Deep understanding of Securities business/operations
    • Hands-on experience implementing CI frameworks and delivering CI projects end-to-end
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field with 5+ years' of relevant experience
